Iran, University entrance exam

This year 1,298,474 student registered for university entrance exam in Iran. This is one of the hardest periods for the Iranian students. The exams takes 5 hours and covers all the books during high school. Mostly students study more than one year to take this exam. Parents and student get so nervous during these days ...

Goodbye PROUD Turkey :-)

Today Turkey lost the game to Germany 3 to 2. Both teams played very well and showed a very beautiful game with 5 fantastic goals :-) But for Turkish soccer players, the story was a little bit different. They showed today that Turkish soccer didn't come up to semi final just with luck but even without 4 main players they were ruling in the field and the very good team of Germany had serious problems in front of them ...

Here I wanted to thank all good Turkish soccer players for their excellent performance in EU 2008. I hope they can win the 3rd place in EU 2008 to complete their fantastic performance after world cup 2002 in Japan-South Korea. At the end I wish my other favorite team, Germany, to win the champion for the 4th time :-)

Iranian top farmers visited president to receive their rewards for their hard work and great result ... These men and women work hard in different climates (That's why Iran can't just grow its agricultural capacities with one type of technology but needs technologies for at least 4 different climates) in Iran, to produce different types of agricultural products ... I though the local clothes were very interesting to post here ... The notes are added by me and according to their type of clothes, there might be mistakes !!!

Rice, Plantation process in north Iran ...

There are two green provinces called Gilan and Mazandaran at north Iran. Both provinces have very fertile lands for farming rice and any other type of plants or fruits which suits the rainy mild climate of the region. The nature could be compared with the European very green atmosphere while rest of Iran wouldn't enjoy so much rainfall as north does. West is mountainous, South west enjoys a fertile delta but very warm climate, South-east and East are specially deserted ...
