Congratulation to all Chines all around the world for a big step that their nation took toward being of the leading countries in Space technologies. I am really happy that Chinese are taking these steps with passion and speed to use the older technologies and develop new solutions with new ideas that come up from creative new scientists.

in the memory of who I enjoyed his thoughts, RICHARD WRIGHT

Richard Wright, a member of Pink Floyd died of cancer at the age of 65 today. It's always a pitty to hear the creator of one of my favorite songs left us. My highschool days were filled with Pink Floyd songs playing in my room. The songs were old but still had a huge sympathy with my way of thinking, from politic to social and me myself ... At least while POP TRASH music were capturing the market, I was not so found of new trash style music(Brithney Spears), but I had my own hole to listen to my own favorite type ... Pink Floyd ...

I remember listening to Dark side of the moon and Wish you were here and enjoying the time being whie I was growing up to be a man from a boy ...

Well I just say : Thank you Richard ... Thank you for all the pleasures I had with the nice songs you wrote, you played and you gave life to them :-)

On top of Asian Volleyball, IRAN :-)

Iran's Youth Volleyball Team beat China 3-1 on Sunday to become the champion in the Asian Youth Volleyball Championships.

The Iranian team trounced China in the four-game contest and won the gold medal.

The team overpowered China 25-15 in the first, 25-18 in the second, 23-25 in the third and 25-22 in the final round.

First Iranian basketball player in NBA :-)

23-year-old led all 2008 Olympic players in rebounding and blocks.

Memphis, August 28, 2008 — The Memphis Grizzlies signed free-agent center Hamed Haddadi pronounced (ha-MED ha-DAHD-dee), who led all 2008 Olympians in rebounding and blocks, Grizzlies General Manager and Vice President of Basketball Operations Chris Wallace announced today. Per team policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The Ahvaz, Iran native recently participated in the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, China, where he was the only player to average a double-double (16.6 points, 11.2 rebounds, 2.6 blocks) in Olympic competition while playing five games for the Iranian National Team.

The 7-2, 254-pound center had his best performance came against eventual bronze medal winner Argentina when he had a team-high 21 points and game-high 16 rebounds on Aug. 16.

“We are pleased to sign Hamed,” said Wallace. “He is a young center who was very productive as a rebounder, shotblocker and scorer at the Rocky Mountain Revue Summer League in Salt Lake City, Utah, the 2008 Olympics and the FIBA Diamond Ball Tournament in Nanjing, China prior to the Olympics. Our coaching staff is eager to begin working with Hamed.”

Haddadi, who is slated to become the first Iranian to play in the NBA, poured in 31 points and grabbed 10 rebounds against Lebanon in the 2007 FIBA Asian Championship in Japan, helping Iran clinch its first Olympic basketball berth since 1948.

The 23-year-old, who was not selected in the 2004 NBA Draft, recently averaged 14.0 points, 11.5 rebounds and 2.5 blocks in 25.5 minutes in two games for the Iranian team against NBA competition at the 2008 Rocky Mountain Revue.

Haddadi, who spent the 2007-08 season playing for Saba Battery BC in the Iranian Super League, will join former Grizzlies Jake Tsakalidis and Cezary Trybanski as the tallest players in franchise history. He is also the second Grizzlies player to appear in the 2008 Olympics, joining center Marc Gasol, who captured a silver medal with the Spanish National Team.

Anzali Lagoon ;-)

Anzali Lagoon is one of the main attractions of a portal city in north of Iran called Bandare-Anzali. This city is one of the tourist attraction centers of North Iran and in addition it is my grandmother's hometown. Druing winter and fall the lagoon can expand to 120 square kilometer and during summer it is usually around 80 square kilometer.

Anzali lagoon is registered as an international heritage and is a temporarry station for birds to move southwards from Sybria.

Anzali lagoon is a one of the main places for Kutum fish to lay eggs.
