IFcreativity can be taught ?!?
tranlation : creativity can be learnt(or taught)
I believe a lot of what a human can do is from its previous experience and the more the person sees and feel and hear, the more he can do in the future ... But is this creativity or this is a mixture of our old experiences ? Isn't creativity an invention that never existed before ? Like a totally new style of painting that looked DUMB and STUPID to earlier artists. To be honest I dont know the answer to this question neitehr but I think that school can train alot of good artist that would make very nice artifacts but I dunno much about how creative they will be and if their creativity has anything to do with their school trainings ...

Ali Daei was dismissed ...
Ali Daei was chosen instead of a very famous and internationally well known Iranian head couch called Afshin Ghotbi. The choice at the time brought public's reaction as Daei was not so popular because his so called negative role in the national soccer team in his late years of playing as a player. I believe this is the worst time for dismissing the head coach of the team. There are also sources that believe he was dismissed because of political reasons, as Iranian president was present at the stadium when the shameful loss took place.
The question remains that why he was chosen at a wrong time over an experienced head coach and why he is sacked at the time being at such a sensitive situation ?!?

Philosophy Project, Spring 2009
This is my philosophy project about Descartes meditations and how it effected our world and meditation afterwards. The post comes in a post afterwards and you can also download the ZIP file by clicking here. The essay discusses the way Descartes new fundemental unit(I think, therefore I exist) changed our point of view and guided humanity to individualism. You can also read the essay without downloading by reading it @ my website.

a big loss, a big shame ...
Although Saudi Arabia has always been a difficult team to win for Iran, but still this loss in Tehran can be called a SHAME for Iranian soccer. The loss reduced our chance terribly to rich World Cup 2010.
But no matter what, it is a game .... Every game has a looser and winner and today it was our turn to be the looser ;-) + :-(

Shahabinary alpha version 0.002
Hi.
Shahabinary English to Norwegian dictionary :
Shahabinary is a OS free, freeware PC application which is at least runable on Linux & Windows (TESTED). The code is not open source this time (like Shahabinary 0.001) but I will post the source code in near future. Due to some technical difficulties with GUI, the word recognition ability has been disabled but will be functional again in version 0.003. This version enjoys a better GUI and much more comfortable design with significant changes in the code which makes it smaller and easier to compile. The only thing you need to do for running is to unzip the folder and double click on Shahabinary v. 0.0002.jar.
Again I repeat the words and database are not trustable and this is just an exercise in my learning progress. This project the focus is mostly on the technical part and not the dictionary parts of the application.

First fully built Iranian data-processing satellite into orbit
Iran launched a fully Iranian built data-processing national satellite on Monday night. The launching of the satellite, coincides with the 30th anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution in Iran. The satellite was launched using Safir-2 rocket and was successfully set into orbit.
Omid data-processing satellite project was launched on developing national strategic technologies in line with the Software Movement underway by Iranian universities. The project started in March 2005 at “Saa Iran” industries as the first practical step toward acquiring national space technology. Its main objective is to prepare the grounds for promoting national space industry in Iran. The project’s experts focused on manufacturing the equipment and helping develop potentials of the domestic companies to carry out such projects.

Happy new Iranian year, Norouz :-)
Tomorrow around 12:43':30" the Iranian year will turn and it will be the new year. Iranians use their own solar calender which is an astronomicalsolar calendar and one of the longest chronological records in history and is currently used inIran and Afghanistan as the main official calendar. Beginning each year on thevernal equinox as precisely determined by astronomical observations from Tehran (or the 52.5°E meridian, which also defines IRST), this makes it more accurate than theGregorian Calendar in being synchronized with the solar year, but harder to work out when a particular date would occur before the New Year preceding that date.
The year is of course based on 12 months based and 4 different seasons of the year which starts with spring and finishes with winter. Iranians also celebrate the last Wednsday night of the year with fireworks. The new year is called Norouz(New day in Persian) which actually is a spring festival is celebrated by setting up a table of 7 different things that their name starts with the letter "S". Usually all the present elements on the table are a symbol of something.
This year my brother's family who live here in Norway are going back to Iran for the new year while I am stuck here. I can't go back because of my military service problem. I haven't served military since I became 18 and if I go back I have to first serve military and then would be allowed to come out to continiue my studies here.
Anyway Happy Norouz, the spring festival to everyone :-)
Equality gained, after death ...

Nationalization of oil industry, anniversary
This incident and right after it the few golden years of Iranian democracy is a historical point in Iranian history. The very good memory that ended with a plot to depose the symbol of Iranian democracy prime minister Mohammad Mosaddeq(man of the year 1951 by Time magazine*). This plot was called operation Ajax, an operation which was planned by American & British intelligence agencies and with direct cooperation of Iranian king.
Iranian people still remember those painful days with great sadness, but at the same time they are still very proud of what power of people and freedom of speech did on this great day. After negotiations for higher oil royalties failed, on 15 March and 20 March 1951, the Iranian Majlis(parliment) and Senate voted to nationalize the British-owned and operated AIOC, taking control of Iran’s oil industry. This day is the day right before Iranian ancient new year(the first day of spring) and is a national holiday in Iran.
Happy 29th of Esfand(Iranian calendar, equals with 20th of march).
Shahab.
* : For his sudden rise in popularity inside and outside of Iran, and for his defiance of the British, Mosaddeq was named as Time Magazine’s 1951 Man of the Year. Other notables considered for the title that year included Dean Acheson, President Dwight D. Eisenhower and General Douglas MacArthur.[42]
